By enrolling in Independent Teacher Academy (ITA) and accessing our course materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership: You are responsible for the payment of your monthly subscription fee. Payment details provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the course within the first 30 days and have actively engaged with the program but have not seen the expected results, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. To be eligible for the refund, you must submit via email, your current progress, along with proof of your efforts.

Course Content: All course materials provided by ITA are for your personal use and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Copyright: All course content, including videos, documents, and any other materials, are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited. 5. Engagement: Success in ITA relies on your active engagement and implementation of the course material. We encourage you to apply what you learn to get the best results.

Access: We strive to maintain continuous access to course materials, but we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide notice whenever possible.

Community Guidelines: When participating in our Facebook group or any other community forums associated with ITA, please adhere to respectful and constructive communication. We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to ITA if you violate these terms and conditions.

Changes: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

Limitation of Liability: Independent Teacher Academy and/or Jillian Shanahan, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
